We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our products that appear in our online store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Jewelry Wear and Tear: All jewelry, particularly fashion and imitation jewelry, requires proper care and maintenance. We are not liable for any tarnishing, discoloration, fading, or damage caused by:

Exposure to water, moisture, sweat, or humidity.
Exposure to perfumes, deodorants, lotions, hairsprays, or harsh chemicals.
Improper storage or failure to keep the items in airtight pouches when not in use.
Normal wear and tear over time.

Physical Damage: Broken chains, snapped clasps, or stones/beads falling out due to rough handling, dropping, or pulling are strictly not considered manufacturing defects and will not be covered under any return or replacement policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

All logistical operations are managed through our shipping partner, Shiprocket. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once we transfer products to the carrier (Shiprocket), the title and risk of loss pass to you. Claims for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received by the customer must be raised immediately so we can escalate the issue with Shiprocket, but Jewels By Aadisha does not hold liability for stolen packages post-delivery.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names ("Jewels By Aadisha"), logos, text, displays, images, graphics, product photography, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Jewels By Aadisha and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
